Amherst Police Log: Nashua Man Charged with DWI

Incidents

• 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 2, 2015: Amherst Police were sent to a two-vehicle crash in the parking lot of Frederick’s Pastries. There were no injuries reported.
• 6:13 a.m. on Feb. 3: A two-vehicle accident, with minor injuries, were reported at the intersection of Route 101 and Camp Road.

Arrests

Shawgi Abdalla, 58, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2015, on a driving after suspension charge. Abdalla was arraigned in court on Feb. 19.

Jonathan Decoteau, 31, of Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 31, on possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug charges. He was arraigned in Milford District Court on Feb. 19.

A juvenile was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on Jan. 31, for theft.

Edward Magee, 53, of Brookline, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on Jan. 31, on a driving after suspension charge.

Marc Turgeon, 40, of Nashua, on charges of driving while intoxicated and open container law at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 1.
