Incidents

• 9 a.m. on March 17, 2015: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 2:09 p.m. on March 17: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported.
• 12:03 p.m. on March 18: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 5:21 p.m. on March 19: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 9:25 p.m. on March 20: Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.
• 9:34 p.m. on March 20: Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.
• 3:45 p.m. on March 24: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. One person was transported for medical attention.

Arrests

On March 18, 2015 at 1520 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Mandi Theresa Whitaker, 26, of Nashua, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Whitaker was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 16, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

On March 18, 2015 at 2120 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Cassandra Milne, 24, of Mont Vernon, NH on a charge of theft. Milne was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 16, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

On March 21, 2015 at 1800 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Andrea Pass, 24, of Merrimack, NH on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Pass was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 30, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

On March 21, 2015 at 2112 hours, the Amherst Police Department detained a 16-year-old on drugs charges. Court action is anticipated.

On March 23, 2015 at 0313 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jeremy Lund, 38, of Amherst, NH on a charge of criminal mischief. Lund was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 30, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

On March 24, 2015 at 1115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Joshua Mitchell Chisenhall, 32, of Winston Salem, NC, on a charge of receiving stolen property. Chisenhall was released on $500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for April 30, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
