Amherst Police Log: Peterborough Woman Arrested on a Theft Charge

Incidents

• At 12:19 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2015: The Amherst Police Department investigated a single vehicle accident on Camp Road. No injuries were reported.
• At 2:14 p.m. on September 18: A two-vehicle accident was reported on Route 101 at the Milford town line. No injuries were reported.
• At 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 25: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Airline Drive. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Eric Haggerton, 24, of Townsend, MA, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2015 on a charge of driving after suspension. Haggerton was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Matthew Thilmany, 28, of Wilton, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Sept. 24, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registrations. Thilmany was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Dawn Worcester, 39, of Peterborough, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Sept. 24, on a charge of theft. Worcester was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 22, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Desmond Noyes-Geary, 23, of Greenfield, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Sept. 25, on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug. Noyes-Geary was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Michelle Farmer, 20, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Sept. 26, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Farmer was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
