Amherst Police Log: Teen Arrested for DWI After Crash

Incidents

• 1:36 p.m. on June 14, 2015: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Meadow Brook Crossing. No injuries were reported.
• 9:05 a.m. on June 17: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on North Hollis Road at Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 3:03 p.m. on June 17: Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car vs. deer). No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Andrew Peters, 19, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. on June 13, 2015, on charges of DWI and conduct after an accident. Peters was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 25, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

The Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of theft at 1:20 a.m. on June 13. Court action is anticipated.

Eliezer T. Delgado, 46, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on June 14, on a charge of habitual offender. Delgado was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Shannon Teresa Glavan, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on June 14, on a charge of driving after suspension. Glavan was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Tammy Fannon, 41, of Westford, MA, was arrested at 3 a.m. on June 14, on a charge of issuing bad checks. Fannon was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Francis Grasso, 49, of Selinsgrove, PA, was arrested a 2:36 p.m. on June 14, on a charge of aggravated DWI. Grasso was held in lieu of $500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for June 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Warren Buchanan, 26, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on June 14, on a charge of driving after suspension. Buchanan was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Shannon Drouin, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on June 14, on a charge of driving after suspension. Drouin was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015 at the Milford District Court.
