Amherst Police Log: Teens Arrested After Accident

Plus, Dunbarton woman arrested for DWI, drugs.

Incidents

  • 6:08 p.m. on Oct. 5: Amherst Police were sent to a single vehicle accident on County Road for a single vehicle accident involving a teenage driver After the crash, one teen was transported to the hospital for treatment. Charges were later filed against Paul Stacy, 17, of Milford, the driver of the car. Stacy was charged with negligent driving, transportation of alcohol by a minor, and possession of tobacco by a minor. Matthew Wilson, 18, of Amherst, was also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • 9:35 a.m. on Oct. 7: Police were sent to a two-car crash, with injuries, in the parking lot of Souhegan High School.

Arrests

David Eugene Philbrick, 35, of Milford, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, on a driving after suspension. He was also charged with having a warrant from the Nashua Police Department and another one from Nashua District Court. He’s due in Milford District Court on Oct. 30.

Scott Jason Thibodeau, 48, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Oct. 6, on driving after suspension and open container law charges. He’s due in court on Oct. 30.

Audrey Renee McQuarrie, 43, of Dunbarton, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Oct. 6, and charged with driving under the influence of liquor, possession of a controlled drug, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. She was arraigned on Oct. 16. Previously, she was arrested last year on drug charges, according to a post on Patch. She was also arrested on a bench warrant earlier this year.
