Amherst Police Log: Two from Hooksett Charged with DWI

Incidents

• At 4:53 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Amherst Street at Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.
• At 10:26 a.m. on Sept. 10: A two-car accident, without injuries, was reported on Route 101A at Eastern Avenue.
• At 3 p.m. on Sept. 11: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Northern Blvd. No injuries were reported.
• At 5:22 p.m. on Sept. 11: Minor injuries were reported at a two-vehicle accident at Route 101A and Northern Blvd.
• 5:27 p.m. on Sept. 11: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Michael Brown, 26, of Milford, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2015, on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card. Brown was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Natasha Escalera, 27, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. on Sept. 14, on a charge of theft. Escalera was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Tyler Davis, 24, of Hooksett, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Sept. 18, on charges of DWI and speed. Davis was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 1, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Cassidy Clayton, 24, of Hooksett, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Sept. 20, on charges of DWI and speed. Clayton was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 1, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

David Wheeler, 55, of Bedford, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 21, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and open container law. Wheeler was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Kayla Flaherty, 25, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 22, on charges of criminal mischief and simple assault. Flaherty was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 22, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
