Amherst Police Log: Woman from Mason Arrested on Warrant
Plus, New Durham man arrested for reckless conduct and a vehicle hit a deer on Fairway Drive.
Incidents
- Jan. 11, 2015: Amherst Police were sent to a single vehicle accident on Fairway Drive between a vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.
- 6:14 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2015: A single vehicle accident, without injuries, was reported on Route 101A.
Arrests
Thomas Walter Givetz, 26, of New Durham, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2015, and charged Unsworn Falsification and Reckless Conduct. He’s due in court on Feb. 5.

Ashley Nicole Leighton, 27, of Mason, pictured, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2015, on a warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Department. Previously, according to Rochester Police, she’s faced other charges, including felony reckless conduct, reckless operation, and other charges. In 2013, while living in Farmington, she was charged with willful concealment, according to fosters.com, on two different occasions. In 2010, she was charged with three counts of stalking in Rochester.
