Amherst Residents Join Obama's Steering Committee
Julie Radhakrishnan and Graham Smith have joined his New Hampshire efforts for re-election.

Obama for America launched its statewide New Hampshire Steering Committee today and announced two Amherst residents as members: Julie Radhakrishnan and Hillsborough County Chairman Graham Smith.
The Obama campaign's New Hampshire Steering Committee includes a diverse group of grassroots volunteers, activists, elected officials and local party leaders, who aim to foster neighbor-to-neighbor conversations in communities throughout the Granite State.
The elected and community leaders comprising the New Hampshire Steering Committee represent geographically diverse communities across the state, including members from all ten counties, and more than 50 distinct individual cities and towns.

The steering committee will take an active role in leading the Obama campaign’s efforts in their communities and shaping the Obama organization in New Hampshire.
“We are thrilled to have so many New Hampshire leaders taking an active role in this campaign and thank them for their tremendous commitment to the President’s re-election,” said Pete Kavanaugh, Obama for America New Hampshire State Director. “Our New Hampshire Steering Committee members share President Obama’s vision for a job-creating economy that’s built to last – one where hard work pays, responsibility is rewarded, and everyone does their fair share and plays by the same rules.

To date, OFA New Hampshire staff and volunteers have reached out to tens of thousands of New Hampshire residents, held over 600 events across the state since April, had more than 3,000 one-on-one conversations with Granite Staters, and opened seven offices across the state.
