Amherst Town Band Seeks New Musicians

Amherst Town Band welcomes new members

The Amherst Town Band is seeking new musicians when it resumes its weekly rehearsals on Tuesday evenings at Souhegan High School in Amherst.

New members on all instruments are welcome.

The Amherst Town Band performs regularly throughout the year in Amherst and neighboring locations. Past performances have included the Summerfest concert series at Greeley Park in Nashua, the summer concert series in Milford, the bandstand at York Beach, Maine, concerts on the Amherst Town Green, and holiday concerts in Amherst. In addition, the band participates in parades including the Mont Vernon Spring Gala, the Amherst Fourth of July celebration, and the Milford Labor Day parade.

Rehearsals occur every Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 9 PM at Souhegan High School.
