Amherst Woman Arrested on Assault Charge: Log

AMHERST, NH — Jose Ortiz Vazquez, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Sept. 4, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Ortiz Vazquez was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Dakota Borlaug, 20, of Wilton, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle. Borlaug was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Benjamin Galiatsatos, 21, of Amherst, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Galiatsatos was released on $1,500 PR bail, with a court date set for Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Rayna Decotis, 49, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, on a charge of domestic violence simple assault. Decotis was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

At 1:15 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of criminal mischief. Court action is anticipated.

Joseph Pulice, 56, of Amherst, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Pulice was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail, with a court date set for Sept. 12, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
