Amherst Woman Arrested On Driving Charges: Police Log
Plus, Lowell teen arrested for speeding, alcohol and crash leads to charges against New Boston man.

AMHERST, NH — Sarah Munyanya, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Goffstown District Court. Munyanya was released on $2,500 PR bail, with a court date set for Oct. 24, 2017, at the Goffstown District Court.
Socheatha Som, 18, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2017, on charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor and speed. Som was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 3:58 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-vehicle accident on Route 101 at Blueberry Hill Road. Minor injuries were reported. Elizabeth Wright, 52, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, on a charge of operating without a valid license. Wright was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 8:02 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Schoolhouse Road. The operator, Dan Charron, 37, of New Boston, NH was later arrested and charged with conduct after an accident and driving after suspension. Charron was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
