Amherst Woman Arrested For DWI: Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Austin McCarthy, 33, of Bolton, MA, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 26, 217, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. McCarthy was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Chavez Hampton, 42, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2017, on a charge of operating after suspension. Hampton was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Opeyemi Oyebode, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2017, on a charge of operating without a valid license. Oyebode was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
