Amherst Woman Charged With Aggravated DWI: Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Mary Ray, 48, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on Nov. 12, 2017, on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Ray was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
Victoria Sponholtz, 20, of Bedford, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2017, on a charge of theft. Sponholtz was released on $300 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 30, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Domingo Pacheco, 20, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2017, on a charge of theft. Pacheco was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 30, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
Matthew Muchmore, 26, of Walpole, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2017, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Muchmore was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 30, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Justin Lefebvre, 35, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, on charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Lefebvre was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Nov. 30, 2017.
