• NH House Votes Down Revising Divisive Concepts Law (indepthnh.org) — Amherst residents may want to note that their state representative, Megan Murray, opposed a bill to study turning all public schools into charter schools, warning about oversight concerns. In a busy day at the State House, lawmakers also advanced bills affecting homeschooling rules, school contingency funds, hardship transfers, and parental information rights, while rejecting a bid to revive the controversial “divisive concepts” law.
