Armed, Dangerous Felon Wanted by Marshals

Have you seen Ryan Souza?

U.S. Marshals are looking for Ryan Nathan Souza, 36, formerly of Manchester, and have named him this week’s Fugitive of the Week after warrants issued in November 2014 and last month.

Marshals want Souza for failure to appear on two theft by unauthorized taking charges out of Strafford County, failure to appear on a cocaine charge out of Hillsborough County, and a parole violation stemming from a conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

“Souza should be considered armed and dangerous based on his prior criminal history,” according to Deputy Jeffrey White.
