ARRESTS: Inhaling Toxic Vapors Leads to Charge

Rylan Bassett James, 23, of Peterborough, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Sept. 14, on a driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. He has a court date on Oct. 2.

Daniel Lebaron Bingham, 26, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Sept. 14, on a charge of inhaling toxic vapors for effect. He’s due in court on Oct. 16.

Robert Russell, 28, of Merrimack, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 15, and was charged with driving after suspension and resisting arrest, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Exeter District Court and an arrest warrant issued by the Bedford Police Department.

Ernesto Mateo, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Sept. 15, on a charge of Driving After Suspension. He’s due in court on Oct. 16.

Kasey Lee Jeanson, 22, of Nashua, was arrested 8:57 p.m. on Sept. 20, was arrested on a theft charge. He will be arraigned on Oct. 16 in Milford District Court.
