Bennington Teen Arrested on Drug Charge: Log
Amherst Police also arrested a Hudson man on drug charges, a Hollis man for theft, and a Milford man on driving charges.

AMHERST, NH — Brian Stevens, 46, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Stevens was released on $500 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with a court date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Richard Picazio, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and unregistered motor vehicle. Picazio was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Griffin Baggaley, 19, of Bennington, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug. Baggaley was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
