Cash Strapped Hospitals Spend Real Dough! Bake the books?

OK, the legislature did what it had to do to balance an unbalanced budget. Don't place all the blame on this years legislative body don't forget they had to pick up the 50 million dollar deficit shoved over to them by YES the past legislature and Governor Lynch too. BUT no sooner had the budget passed than almost all the hospitals in the state started to complain about the impact it had on their budgets. They "had" to cut personnel to make up the difference in actual and anticipated revenue. So cut they did. What we are now seeing is at least 2 of those hospitals spending hundreds oif thousands of dollars on prime time advertising or starting new hospitals inside existing hospitals. So what happened to the budget crisis? Just wondering.
