Celebration Time for Girls on the Run!
Sunday, November 18th is a time of celebration for the 370 New Hampshire girls that will participate in the Girls on the Run 5k at Exeter High School.

The excitement is palpable this week as 370 girls across the state of New Hampshire prepare to run the Girls on the Run 5k this Sunday, November 18th. After 10 weeks of training, these girls are ready to run the 3.1 miles. But better yet, they are prepared for much more than just one run. They have spent the season reflecting on what it means to honor themselves, their friends and communities. The girls have learned about celebrating gratitude, standing up to bullies, honoring their individual gifts and so much more.
Do you know someone that participates in Girls on the Run? Ask them what they love about the program and I guarantee you will be impressed with their answer. They talk about being proud of themselves, having amazing friends and making a difference in the world. Imagine if we all discussed these topics in our everyday conversations!
On Sunday, if you are looking for a way to lift your spirit, come join the 370 New Hampshire girls and the 80 volunteer coaches that will be celebrating their months of hard work. Their enthusiasm is contagious. Before you know it, you might start believing that you can conquer anything, just like they do!
