Incredible flowers, made from paper

These miniature flowers are hand made from paper, and they only measure about an 1" tall. Sometimes I think doing a project like this is almost therapeutic, I lose my myself in what I am doing and I lose all track of time. Glue, tweezers, paint and some free time and you are well on your way to make one of these wonderful creations. One of my favorite things about making plants, is that mother nature has no rules, Your flowers, do not need to be perfect, since the real thing outside never is! I found an actual cone flower with two heads growing together as an elongated center. So when you choose to make miniature plants for a project, it does not matter if something is not straight, or it is too big, because that is the way mother nature does it herself and that is beautiful!
