NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire Elects New Members to the Board of Directors
On Thursday, March 28, 2013, NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire elected three new members to its Board of Directors.
Manchester, NH – On Thursday, March 28, 2013, NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire elected three new members to its Board of Directors. Each new member will serve a three-year term, and were elected at the organization’s Annual Meeting.
New resident Board members are: Kerrie Diers, Executive Director of the Nashua Regional Planning Commission; Colleen Lyons, a resident of Nashua, is an Attorney with Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA with a concentration in Corporate Law; James Vayo, Project Manager for Renaissance Downtowns at Nashua & the Community Liaison for Visualize Nashua.
Members of the Board of Directors provide fiduciary governance to the organization, ensuring that it meets its non-profit mission in the community. As a leading non-profit community development organization in New Hampshire, NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire creates affordable rental housing for low and moderate income families and provides quality homeownership education services to help working individuals and families purchase a home within their means. NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire also spearheads neighborhood revitalization initiatives to strengthen and enhance the community’s economic and aesthetic infrastructure.
