Weight Loss Using Self-Hypnosis and Relaxation Techniques

Find a way to achieve Weight Loss Using Self-Hypnosis and Relaxation Techniques with a proven method with a local hypnotist.

Nia NH and Yoga in Amherst, NH will be offering a Weight Loss Group Workshop on Thursdays October 4th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and October 11th and 18th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Participants will discover how to break those negative eating habits, how to enjoy food more than ever, and yet attain and maintain their weight  without diets, without hard work, and easily.  They will learn why we drift into bad habits, then are unsuccessful trying to use will-power to change them. The powerful tool of self-hypnosis will be taught to make adjustments to automatic behaviors. There will be several relaxation exercises to clear and focus the mind, and experiential work to greatly enhance the focus on improving health.

This workshop is presented by Daniel Sayre, BS, CHt, B.Div. who has a very active hypnosis practice in Nashua. He has attained a Master of Hypnotherapy certification through the National Association of Trans-personal Hypnotherapists, and is a certified Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists.
