Youth Track Meet Coming to the Hampshire Dome

Take advantage of New Hampshire's vacation week and the Dome's short drive and fast track to get ready for your spring outdoor season!

Granite State Flash and Milford High School is holding a USATF-sanctioned youth track meet during NH's school vacation week, to help keep the kids active and excited for the coming spring season. For the high school runners this is a good tune-up meet to stay sharp between indoor and outdoor. For the middle school and younger runners it will be a great opportunity to see where they're at before their spring outdoor track season starts. The Dome's 310 meter track is the largest indoor track in the state so is perfect for setting indoor PR's- less corners means faster times!

Due to the limited availability of the fields at the Dome this meet will only have track events, which will also keep it short (at least for a track meet!). All the details are in the attached registration form but here's the quick info:

  • Date & Time: Wed. Feb 27- 3pm. Registration and warm-ups opens at 2.
  • Location: The Hampshire Dome in Milford
  • Cost: $7 per athlete for up to 2 events plus relay
  • Divisions: Follows USATF youth 2-year age groups. Ribbons to top finishers.
  • Order of Events: 1600m, 400m, 800m, 200m, and 4 x 310m relay

If you have any questions feel free to email jsplatt@comcast.net. All registration forms MUST be signed by a parent, and mailing them in ahead of time would be very much appreciated so we can have the meet scored quickly.
