Buddy Roemer: Stand Up, Listen
The Republican presidential candidate called for an end of big money in politics and encouraged his fellow candidates to consider other views.
Fight corruption. That is what Republican presidential candidate Buddy Roemer said is the right thing to do.
Amherst Patch spoke with Roemer at the Milford Grand Octoberfest Party tonight, which was hosted by the Amherst and Milford Republican Committees.
The presidential hopeful explained how big money needed to get out of politics, and that his fellow candidates should feel the same way if they want to beat President Barack Obama.

Roemer also encouraged other politicians to listen to the views of the people, no matter what side, who are currently struggling in America. He used his involvement in the Occupy Wall Street protests as an example.
