Police: Derry woman charged with vehicular assault and an elderly Nashua woman is arrested for aggravated DWI.

AMHERST, NH — David Janoff, 57, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Janoff was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for Aug. 18, 2016 at the Nashua District Court.

On Aug. 12, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated reports of criminal mischief which occurred on Carl Ann Lane during the overnight hours. Two cars were egged. A mailbox was also egged on Storybrook Lane during the overnight hours.

Tia McColligan, 21, of Derry, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2016, on a charge of vehicular assault. McColligan was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 8, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
Linda Tremblay, 65, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, on charges of aggravated DWI and failure to move over for emergency vehicles. Tremblay was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for August 25, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Joseph Haight, 55, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Haight was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 1, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
