Christie's Hits Airways with Campaign Ad Today
AP: NJ governor, New Hampshire first-in-the-nation Republican presidential primary candidate drops $500K on television ad.

Gov. Chris Christie is airing his first presidential campaign ad starting today in New Hampshire.
The 30-second ad, “Leadership,” is part of a $500,000 ad buy in the early-voting state of New Hampshire, the Associated Press reports.

“I am not looking to be the most popular guy, who looks in your eyes every day and tries to figure out what you want to hear, say it, and then turn around and do something else,” Christie says in the ad. “I mean what I say, and I say what I mean and that’s what America needs right now.”
A spokeswoman for Christie’s campaign told the Associated Press the ad will be aired for four weeks on stations in Boston and Manchester, New Hampshire.
