COP LOG: Teens Arrested on Theft Charges

The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicated a conviction.

Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013

  • 4:50 P.M.: Arrested Jalisa Marquez Byrd, 19, of 12 Bates Drive, Nashua, on a charge of theft. Marquez Byrd was released on $800 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 31 in Milford.

Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013

  • 5:55 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. Drivers were Joy Burge, 25, of Wilton, and Steve Thibeault, 38, of Brookline. Burge was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
  • 4 p.m.: Arrested Danielle Dickstein, 33, of 1440 Washington Road, Goshen, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Dickstein was held in lieu of $1000 cash bail, with a court date set for September 20, 2013 at the Nashua District Court.
  • 4:45 p.m.: Arrested Kevin Paul Webster, 55, of 21 West St., Amherst, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Webster was held in lieu of $500 cash bail, with a court date set for Sept. 20, at the Nashua District Court.
  • 11:45 p.m.: Arrested Kim Marie Sopel, 49, of 169 Hackett Hill Road, Hooksett, NH on a charge of driving after suspension, as well as an electronic bench warrant issued by the Manchester District Court. Sopel was released on $1,000 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with a court date set for October 31, 2013 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
