Crash on Brook Road Leads to DWI, Drug Charges: LOG

Joseph Randolph, 24, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2015, on two electronic bench warrants issued by the Nashua District Court. Randolph was released on $2,500 PR bail, with a court date set for Dec. 21, 2015, at the Nashua District Court.

Steven Judd, 25, of Woburn, MA, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, on a charge of driving after suspension. Judd was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 17, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

On Dec. 3, at 4:56 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Brook Road. The driver, Brandon Manning, 20, of Amherst, was arrested at the scene on charges of DWI and possession of a controlled drug. Manning was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries, where he was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Dec. 17, 2015.
