Derry Man arrested for Breach of Bail: Log

AMHERST, NH - Gary Catania, 52, of Derry, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on March 5, 2016, on a charge of contempt/breach of bail conditions, as well as on an arrest warrant issued by the Derry Police Department. Catania was released on $1,000 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with an arraignment date set for March 31, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Sondra Wilkins, 56, of Bedford, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on March 5, 2016, on a bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Wilkins was released on $400 PR bail, with a court date set for March 16, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Billie Jo Falkins, 43, of Wilton, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on March 9, 2016, on a bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Falkins was released on $185 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

On March 5, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated two reports of theft from a motor vehicle, which occurred on Nichols Road sometime between March 4, and March 6, 2016.
