The Belinda Bridgeman Academy of Dance will be holding a trial co-educational Mommy & Me Workout class that will provide fitness and fun! Both mommy and child will stretch and work on lengthening and developing muscles needed for dance. Basic dance technique will be taught to fun and educational music! All ages welcome!
