Open to all, Nourishing Traditions Meetings are informal, interactive and focused on nutrient-dense foods, cooking techniques and resources. We are the Amherst-Nashua Chapter and the first chapter of the non-profit Weston A. Price Foundation. The WAPF has over 1000 chapters and supports movements that contribute to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the American diet including accurate nutrition instruction, organic and biodynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling , prepared parenting and nurturing therapies.
