Outdoor boot camp is for men and women of all ages who want to step up their fitness level. This class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide a challenging circuit workout. Participants will use benches, curbs, and even each other for some friendly competition. Outdoor boot camp provides participants an
opportunity to take part in a fitness class that they would otherwise have to join a gym to experience. Participants
should dress in comfortable clothes with sneakers; and bring a towel, mat, and plenty of water to drink. Instructor: Beth Civiello, Certified Personal Trainer
