First Colebrook Bank Welcomes Lucas

First Colebrook Bank is pleased to announce that Cassandra Lucas, a Merrimack resident, joined the bank’s Amherst branch as Customer Service Supervisor on July 22.

Lucas received her Bachelor of Science degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, and joins First Colebrook Bank with over three years of bank industry experience. Most recently, Lucas served as a personal banker where she worked closely with customers and matched the best banking products to their specific needs.

As Customer Service Supervisor, Lucas’ new responsibilities include management of the teller line and customer service representatives. Lucas shares First Colebrook Bank’s vision for ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to the bank’s valued customers.
