Framingham Woman Arrested On Drug Charges: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Jo Ann Rayno, 47, of Hebron, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2017, on charges of habitual offender, transportation of a controlled drug and resisting arrest. Rayno was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Kyle Mercer, 22, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. Mercer was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 24, 2017, at the Milford District Court. Regan Sealy, 21, of Alliston, MA, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on July 16, 2017, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Sealy was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 27, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
