Hampton Man Arrested On Violation Of Protective Order Charges: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Victor Foresta, 33, of Salem, MA, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on May 7, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Foresta was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 25, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

James Flynn, 36, of Amherst, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on May 7, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest / detention. Flynn was arraigned in the Milford District Court on May 8, 2017.

Karen Margosiak, 55, of Milford, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on May 13, 2017, on charges of disobeying a police officer, resisting arrest/detention and speed. Margosiak was released on $200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 15, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Erik Dillberg, age 39, of Hampton, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on May 15, 2017, on four counts of violation of a protective order. Dillberg was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

Allyson Lowry, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1 a.m. on May 16, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lowry was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 15, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Amber Mochrie, 31, of Wilton, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on May 17, 2017, on charges of criminal mischief and resting arrest/detention. Mochrie was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 15, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
