LOG: Amherst Police Make DWI Arrests

Incidents

• 5:10 a.m. on Sept. 11: Amherst Police were called to a two-car accident at the intersection of Amherst and Knight streets. There were no injuries reported.

Arrests

Peter Safarz, 51, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Sept. 9, on a driving while under the influence of liquor. He’s due in Milford District Court on Oct. 2.

Leigh Pinault, 31, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 10, on a driving after suspension charge. Pinault has an arraignment scheduled for Oct. 16.

Renee Peloquin, 41, of Hooksett, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 13, on a driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. Peloquin is due in court on Oct. 2.
