LOG: Merrimack Teen Charged with Theft

Plus, Amherst woman charged with DWI.

Incidents

  • 3:04 p.m. on Sept. 24: Amherst Police were called to a two-car accident in the parking lot of the Homestead Grocery & Deli. No injuries were reported.
  • 8:35 a.m. on Sept. 26: A two-car accident, without injuries, was reported at Souhegan High School.
  • 5:49 p.m. on Sept. 26: Amherst Police were called to a four-car crash, without injuries, on Rout 101A.

Arrests

Nicole Lee Mitchell, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a theft charge. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 30, in Milford District Court.

Stephanie Marie Mayo, 20, of Merrimack, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a possession of a controlled drug. She is due in court on Oct. 30.

Lauren Marcucci, 23, of Amherst, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Sept. 28, and charged with driving while under the influence of liquor, open container law violation, and driving after suspension. She was arraigned on Oct. 8.
