LOG: Merrimack Teens Busted for Booze

Plus, Hudson teen charged with reckless operation.

Incidents

  • 7:02 a.m. on Aug. 9: A single vehicle crashed on New Boston Road near the Mont Vernon town line. No injuries were reported.
  • 12:17 p.m. on Aug. 9: Amherst Police were called to a two-car accident on Route 101A. There were no injuries.
  • 3:46 p.m. on Aug. 9: Police were sent to a single vehicle accident, without injuries, on Buckridge Drive.

Arrests

Miranda Mitchell, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Aug. 9, on a transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor charge. Sean William Demers, 19, of Merrimack, were arrested at 2:21 a.m. on Aug. 9, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. Both were released on personal recognizance bail and are due in Milford District Court on Aug. 28.

Michael Tompkins, 17, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 9, on a reckless operation charge. He is due in court on Aug. 28.
