LOG: Milford Man Charged with Assault, Criminal Mischief

Plus, crashes at Walmart; Nashua teen busted for booze.

Incidents

  • 4:53 p.m. on Aug. 28: Amherst Police were sent to a two-car crash on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • 10:04 p.m. on Aug. 29: Police were called to a single vehicle accident, without injuries, on Lyndeborough Road.
  • 1:17 p.m. on Aug. 30: A two-car accident without injuries were reported on Route 101A.
  • 4:18 p.m. on Aug. 30: Amherst Police were sent to the Walmart Superstore for a two-vehicle accident in the parking lot.
  • 4:35 p.m. on Aug. 30: Police were called to another crash in the Walmart parking lot.

Arrests

Rose Rocheleau, 25, of Berlin, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Aug. 29, on a driving after suspension charge. She was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Oct. 2.

Brian McDonald, 49, of Milford, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 29, and charge with simple assault and criminal mischief. He is due in court on Oct. 2.

George Noukas, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Aug. 29, on a suspended registrations charge. He is due in court on Oct. 2.

Lucian O. Neles, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:44 a.m. on Aug. 30, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and resisting arrest. Neles is due in court on Oct. 2.
