Manchester Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Log
Amherst Police arrest Merrimack man on a warrant and Allenstown man for criminal liability.

AMHERST, NH – Anthony Cabana, 39, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on June 13, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Merrimack District Court. Cabana was released on $250 PR bail, with a court date set for June 20, 2016, at the Merrimack District Court.

Nicholas Wheeler, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on June 14, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Wheeler was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Marty Beliveau, 37, of Allenstown, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on June 16, 2016, on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Beliveau was released on $1000 PR bail, with a court date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Amber Berounsky, 26, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 2 a.m. on June 19, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Plaistow District Court. Berounsky was held in lieu of $695 cash bail, with a court date set for June 20, 2016.
Nicholas Barker, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on June 19, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Barker was released on $1,500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
