Massachusetts Man Arrested on Drug Charge

Eric Noguera, 23, of Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at midnight on July 20, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court for arraignment on Aug. 21.

Richard Michael Marvin, 20, of Nashua, NH, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on July 20, on a transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor charge. He’s due in court on Aug. 21.

Nicole Ann Goddard, 19, of Nashua, NH, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on July 20, and charged with transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor. She’s due in court on Aug. 21.

Dawn Kimberly Hayward, 48, of Derry, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on July 21, for driving while intoxicated, open container law, and unregistered motor vehicle. She was arraigned on July 31 in Milford District Court.

Judith Carol Liddell, 48, of Derry Road in Hudson, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant out of Ninth District Court, Milford. She was released on $500 cash bail and is due in court on Aug. 21.

Liddell, according to online posts, has been arrested in the past.

In late May, she was arrested in Amherst, according to a post on Patch, on criminal mischief and obstructing report of a crime or injury.

According to the Lowell Sun, she was arrested in Hudson in 2012 on a simple assault charge.

In July 2005, according to the Seacoast online, she was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug and she was taken into protective custody
