Merrimack, Mason Residents Charged With DWI: Amherst Police Log
Plus, a vehicle struck a deer on Merrimack Road, and a pedestrian was struck by hit-and-run driver on Amherst Street.

AMHERST, NH — Dany Michaud, 23, of Mason, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for DWI and resisting arrest. Michaud was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
On Sept. 16, 2017 at 2:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department investigated a single vehicle accident (car vs. deer) which occurred on Merrimack Road this same date at about 11:22 a.m. Minor injuries were reported.

On Sept. 16, 2017, at 12:53 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a hit-and-run vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on Amherst Street. The pedestrian was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries. Gail Ruprecht, 56, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, on a charge of DWI-second offense. Ruprecht was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
