Merrimack Teen Arrested on Drug Charge: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Jonathan Preston, 21, of Merrimack, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on April 20, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Preston was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for May 4, 2017, at the Nashua District Court.

Jessica Parker, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on April 22, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Parker was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 11, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Cody Allen, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on April 24, 2017, on a charge of reckless operation. Allen was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on May 11, 2017.

Damon King, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on April 26, 2017, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug, and speed. King was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 11, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
