Merrimack Woman Arrested on Theft Charge

AMHERST, NH - Kenneth Petrie, 32, of Chester, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, on a charge of driving after suspension. Petrie was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Dennis Higgins, 22, of Litchfield, was arrested at 5 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, on charges of receiving stolen property and driving after suspension, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Higgins was released on $5,000 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Danielle Brogna, 21, of Merrimack, was arrested at 5 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, on a charge of theft. Brogna was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Lorretta Julian, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at midnight on Dec. 14, 2015, on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Julian was released on $7,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Raymond Szarko, 25, of Milford, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, on a charge of driving after suspension. Szarko was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Crystal Albee, 30, of Ellington, CT, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, on a charge of driving after suspension. Albee was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 7, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
