Milford Man Charged With DUI After Crash In Amherst: Log

AMHERST, NH — Brian Belanger, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 3, 2017, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Belanger was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 20, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 4:09 p.m. on July 3, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Baboosic Lake Road. The operator, Mark Reever, 51, of Milford, was arrested at the scene on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Reever was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 20, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 11:05 p.m. on June 29, 2017 the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.

Brittney Elwell, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on June 29, 2017, on a charge of theft. Elwell was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 20, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Nicole Lee, 29, of Rindge, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on June 29, 2017, on a charge of driving after suspension. Lee was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 20, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
