Amherst Police: Nashua man arrest for violating protective order, after crash, Milford man charged with DWI, Mass. man faces driving charge.

AMHERST, NH — Andy Bostwick, 39, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2016, on a charge of driving after revocation. Bostwick was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Robson Freitas, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2016, on two counts of violation of a protective order. Freitas was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

Rebecca Lefebvre, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, on a charge of Theft. Lefebvre was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
John Casey, 48, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Casey was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:24 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2016, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Amherst Street. The operator, Glen Gomes, 49, of Milford, was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries. He was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol or liquor, and released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Oct. 27, 2016.
