Milford Woman Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH - Donald Benoit, 53, of Hudson, MA, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Dec. 24, 2015, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Benoit was released on $1,000 PR bail, with a court date set for Jan. 21, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Ashley Coleman, 33, of Manchester, was arrested 12:20 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, on charges of driving after suspension and receiving stolen property. Coleman was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 21, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Jelani Grant-Hart, 23, of Milford, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Grant-Hart was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 21, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Daniel Peterson, 45, of Gardener, MA, was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Peterson was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 21, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Zachary Peterson, 20, of Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Hampton District Court. Peterson was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
