Arrests

Peter Burns, 59, of Milford, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2015, on a charge of driving after suspension. Burns was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 19, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Zachary Allard, 20, of Phillipston, MA, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Oct. 25, on a charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor. Allard was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 19, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Emily Osolin, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a charge of theft. Osolin was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 3, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Trek Stapel, 26, of Milford, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a charge of operating without a valid license. Stapel was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 19, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Wilson Pesantez, 25, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Oct. 27, on a charge of driving after suspension. Pesantez was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 19, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
