Nashua Man Arrested on Theft Charge: Log

AMHERST, NH – Matthew Spirito, 29, of Milford, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on June 8, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Spirito was released on $200 PR bail, with a court date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Michael Boucher, 40, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on June 9, 2016, on a charge of theft. Boucher was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

On June 12, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Court action is anticipated.

Joshua Dudley, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on June 13, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registrations. Dudley was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
