Nashua Teen Arrested On Theft Charge: Amherst Police Log
A Milford teen was arrested for hindering apprehension/prosecution, false report to officers while a crash was reported on Route 101.

AMHERST, NH — Eriz Cruz, 18, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2017, on a theft charge. Cruz was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
At 7:06 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on the Route 101 westbound off ramp to Amherst Street. Minor injuries were reported.

The Amherst Police Department was sent to a two-vehicle accident on Route 101A at Northern Boulevard at 3:51 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2017. No injuries were reported. Scott Drury, 49, of Lancaster, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, on a charge of unsworn falsification. Drury was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Whitney Manley, 18, of Milford, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2017, on charges of hindering apprehension/prosecution and false report to law enforcement officer. Manley was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
On Sept. 2, 2017 at 6:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Hollis Road. No injuries were reported.
